01 / THE APPROACH
The work you put into yourself deserves a place to live.
Aspira connects everyday effort with a longer journey. Log what you do, see your progress, take on challenges, and choose what you share. Four distinct areas give you room to grow beyond a single routine.
Your starting point is yours. So is your next step.
Train, learn, or practice something that matters to you.
Record your sessions and build a history of consistent effort.
Follow your development through levels, challenges, and achievements.
02 / INSIDE ASPIRA
Choose a focus.
There’s more than one way forward.
STRENGTH / BUILT ONE SET AT A TIME
Log exercises, sets, reps, and weight. Build your own routines and look back on the effort behind your progress.
03 / YOUR JOURNEY, YOUR CHOICE
Share a workout or a milestone with people who understand the effort. Or keep your activity to yourself. Saving progress and sharing it are separate choices.

Aspira is currently in private testing. Invited testers can use the web app and add it to their phone’s home screen. It is not currently listed in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Automatic Garmin syncing is planned, but is not connected yet. The private test build supports manual endurance logging and GPX/TCX file imports. Garmin access and integration work are required before automatic syncing can launch.
No. Recording progress does not automatically create a social post. You choose whether to share an activity, and profile privacy also limits visibility.
Levels track development within each of the four areas. Challenges offer goals to work toward, while achievements mark accomplishments. Gate qualifications and verified recognition are distinct; a logged claim is not automatically verified proof.
The focus is on a reliable, easy-to-use experience: testing the core logging and social flows, refining endurance tracking, and preparing supported device integrations. Features and launch timing may change as testing continues.
